Practice should never overwhelm.
SAFETY
The bracelet itself
The bracelet is designed as a physical object, not as a tool that acts on the mind or body. It does not contain mechanisms intended to stimulate, regulate, or alter emotional or psychological states. In this sense, the bracelet is not a device and not an intervention.
Design, materials, and restraint
The design prioritises simplicity, tactility, and restraint. There are no screens, sounds, vibrations, or instructions built into the object. The bracelet does not prompt actions, responses, or goals. This restraint is intentional, and it is central to safety.
Materials are chosen for durability, skin comfort, and everyday wear.
The bracelet is made to sit lightly on the wrist, remain neutral to touch, and blend into daily activities without demanding attention. It is not designed to create heightened sensation or focus.
What it does — and does not do
The bracelet does not initiate experiences. It does not guide practice, measure progress, or respond to emotion or behaviour. Any meaning associated with the object comes from the wearer, not from the object itself.
There is no required way to wear or use the bracelet. It may be worn occasionally, worn daily, or set aside entirely. Removing the bracelet does not interrupt anything.
Why this matters
Safety means the object does not hold authority.
The bracelet remains a passive presence, not an active agent. It accompanies ordinary life. It does not attempt to shape it. A safe object does not ask for belief. It does not create dependency. It stays quiet, and leaves choice intact.
