Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Return Policy

For the holiday season, we are pleased to offer an extended exchange window.

Purchases made between 6 November and 24 December may be exchanged or replaced until 31 January.
Refunds continue to follow our standard 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Standard Returns

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn and unused
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an item is unavailable, you may select an alternative of equal value.
Once an exchange is completed, the exchanged item is not eligible for refund.

Replacements are offered for defective items reported within 30 days of delivery.
Damage caused by normal wear does not qualify as a defect.

Due to limited inventory, replacements cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or final-sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are provided only for items confirmed as damaged or defective.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Henrrison is not responsible for items lost in transit when returned via non-trackable services.

International Returns

International returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Australia.
Replacement items sent due to confirmed defects will be shipped at no additional cost.
Exchanges may incur additional shipping fees.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placement for a full refund, provided processing has not begun.
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to processing.

Promotions & Special Sales

Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
Promotions are valid only during the stated timeframes and cannot be applied retroactively.

Shop Pay Delivery Promise

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout may include Shop Pay’s delivery promise service.
Shipping fees associated with this service are non-refundable.
