HENRRISON PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

About - us

Practical, culturally responsive wellbeing support for multicultural communities.

WHO WE ARE

Understanding yourself
starts here

Henrrison Psych is an Australian community wellbeing platform. We help multicultural and migrant communities better understand their mental wellbeing, recognise personal strengths and needs, and explore suitable pathways to support.

Sometimes we know that something does not feel quite right, but struggle to explain what we are experiencing. Henrrison offers a free wellbeing assessment and personal reports to help people explore emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, self compassion and resilience in a more structured way.

Assessments and reports support self understanding. They do not provide a clinical diagnosis or replace professional assessment or care.

OUR MISSION

Understand earlier
Build wellbeing skills
Connect with support

Psychological difficulties often begin long before someone seeks professional help. We aim to make the first step easier through accessible wellbeing information, free assessments and personal reports, while connecting people with community learning and appropriate professional support when needed.

02 / STRENGTHEN · COMMUNITY WELLBEING

Building wellbeing
through community learning

Understanding how we feel is only the beginning. Henrrison aims to work with community organisations, educators and practitioners to turn wellbeing knowledge into accessible learning resources and practical community programs.

We recognise that wellbeing is shaped by language, culture and lived experience. Through community education, mindfulness, self compassion and resilience building, we seek to help people strengthen their wellbeing skills. Programs will develop progressively through community collaboration.
