PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING ASSESSMENT

Start by Understanding
What You’re Experiencing.

When something does not feel quite right, it can be difficult to know what is changing, how significant it may be, or where to begin. A structured psychological assessment gives you a clearer starting point.

WHY USE PSYCHOLOGICAL MEASURES?

More Than “How Do I Feel?” A More Structured Way to Check In.

Psychological wellbeing has many dimensions. Stress, low mood, anxiety, the way we relate to our thoughts and emotions, how we respond to ourselves during difficulty, and how we recover after stress can all provide different information about our current wellbeing.

Henrrison’s assessment brings several established self-report psychological measures together so that these areas can be considered in a more structured way.

The assessment is designed for self-understanding and wellbeing navigation. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace assessment or care from a qualified health professional.
