Vicky Lee | Founder
System Architect for Integrative Energy Medicine
Vicky Lee brings over 20 years of experience within clinical medical and dental systems, grounded in strong safety awareness, structured clinical thinking, and clearly defined ethical boundaries. She is a long term practitioner of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism, with systematic training in awareness, stability of consciousness, and experiential insight, which she translates into non-religious, communicable, and professionally applicable language suitable for contemporary healing and wellbeing contexts.
Through an inherited shamanic lineage, she holds refined sensitivity to energetic patterns, information flow, and systemic imbalance, consistently exercised within clear professional structure and ethical governance. At the level of integrative energy work, Vicky has master level training and applied experience across modalities including Reiki, Pellowah, and Theta, with a disciplined emphasis on stabilization, calibration, and supportive regulation rather than stimulation or dependency. She brings precise clinical judgment regarding appropriate intensity, timing, scope, and limits of energetic intervention.
In sound-based modalities, she demonstrates advanced skill in the use of Gong, singing bowls, and acoustic resonance as nervous system–tolerable mediums, supporting rhythmic restoration, integration, and regulation while carefully avoiding sensory or neurological overstimulation.

MIRIAM ADELSON | Co-Founder
Lead Architect for Mindfulness Integration
Doctoral Researcher in Psychology and Education, with research focused on mindfulness-based interventions and the mechanisms of nervous system regulation, emotional stabilization, and long term psychological functioning. Her work examines outcomes related to psychological resilience, self-compassion, anxiety, depression, and overall mental health within non-clinical and integrative practice contexts.
She holds a Master of Business and a Master of Education (Wellbeing) from the University of Melbourne, is Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR, USA), and holds a Meditation Teaching Certificate (Australia). Her training includes extensive experience in evidence based mindfulness, trauma informed practice, and nervous system informed safety and regulation frameworks.
Her core area of expertise is Mindfulness & Integrative Energy Psychology, specialising in the integration of mindfulness-based approaches to emotional regulation and trauma informed recovery with contemporary psychology, nervous system science, and energy psychology, conceptualised as an information level model of human experience. This work focuses on supporting regulation capacity and psychological resilience, easing stress related reactivity, and cultivating mental calm, clarity of attention, and adaptive mental functioning in everyday life.
She further specialises in translating complex and often unpredictable energy and consciousness based work into structured systems that are understandable, containable, ethically governable, and sustainably operable across professional, research, and applied wellbeing contexts.
